De Norsemen Kclub International (DNKI), a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Nigeria has promised to assist residents of Mpape a suburb in the Federal Capital Territory to ensure improvement in their standard of living.
This pledge was made by the newly appointed District Head who is charged to run the affairs of the organization for two years, during the inauguration of Mpape District Meeting Point of DNKI in FCT.
Chukwujekwu Ike, the new District Head of Mpape, said that his regime will provide good educational materials to schools in Mpape to enhance learning.
According to him “what we are doing is to unite people and bring people together, we preach unity, love and that’s what we are going to bring to the society, because what we need in society is peace.”
“We will provide an aqua area for the people, water is life, we are going to give water to our people and make sure residents strive in mpape”.
Earlier the Chairman of DNKI, Abuja Chapter, Mr Kolawole Otepola, assured that the organization will continue to impact positively on the lives of Nigerians irrespective of their status in the society.

“De Norsemen Kclub is about giving back to the society, it’s just like we did some few weeks back at the Wuse General Hospital and also in the Federal Medical Centre Jabi where we went to donate blood in mass”.
“In suleja, we distributed books, writing materials and gave scholarships to some students on children’s day, the same thing was done at Wuse Junior Secondary School where we gave writing materials and scholarships to indigeine and students”.
“So we are also here to contribute our own quarter to the society at the grassroot level and to put our commemoration on our chapter here that’s why we are here today”.
Also speaking the Chairman of the National Advisory Council of DNKI, Mr Oliver Ityobegh, said the main aim of Norseman Kclub is to render service to humanity and meet the basic needs of the people.

“We reach out to humanity basically in all spheres of life and that’s basically what we stand for worldwide.”
“.We attended to school children and we gave them scholarships, books, writing materials, we’attended to widows, we attended to police, and we have provided traffic stands to police”.
“we have a head who have been appointed here, we have these districts spread everywhere and basically what they do is to reach out to people who are in immediate need in these communities.”
