The organizers of the African Icon Awards have nominated UK-based Afrobeat star Wini Lizbet as “Youth Ambassador of the Year” for her relentless contributions to the African music industry.

The Project Director, Ambassador Abraham Lawal, announced through the organization’s Instagram handle that the theme for this year’s edition is “The Power Of African Youth In Leadership.”
Ahead of the 9th edition, Wini Lizbet has been nominated as the “Youth Ambassador of the Year” at the event scheduled for July 26, 2024, at Merit House, Maitama, Abuja.
