A political platform known as Akume 4 Tinubu North Central 2027 has extended heartfelt congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, as they mark two years in office.
The group in a statement signed by its North-Central coordinator, Christie Mlan described the Tinubu-Akume leadership as transformational, citing significant gains in infrastructure, economic reforms, and social development across the country.
According to the group, the administration has made critical investments in roads, energy, and housing, helping to connect communities and stimulate job creation—especially in the North Central region.
They also commended the President for honoring Nigeria’s democracy heroes, calling it a bold and unifying step toward national healing.
Other key achievements highlighted include the creation of the North Central Development Commission, the introduction of landmark tax reforms, the creation of the Nigeria Education Loan Fund—known as NELFUND—and ongoing efforts to implement a new national minimum wage.
The platform praised Senator George Akume’s leadership, describing him as a man of humility and capacity whose role as SGF has brought pride and progress to the North Central zone.
The group leader, Hon. Mlan, reaffirmed the group’s unwavering support for the administration, calling for continued consolidation of its legacy.
As the nation reflects on two years of renewed hope, the political group says North Central is standing tall behind Tinubu and Akume, promising to play a pivotal role in their reelection bid in 2027.
