The National Assembly has announced a postponement of the resumption date for plenary sessions. In a directive issued today by Kamoru Ogunlana, Clerk to the National Assembly, the new date for resumption has been revised from Tuesday, 29th April 2025, to Tuesday, 6th May 2025.
This extension accommodates the participation of Distinguished Senators and Honourable Members in the Workers’ Day ceremony and allows them to attend to crucial engagements within their constituencies.
“We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this adjustment and appreciate your understanding,” Ogunlana stated.
Distinguished Senators, Honourable Members, and the public are urged to take note of this update.
