Early Life and Background
Born in the 1970s in Ghana, Chief Odusami a Muslim, spent his formative years in Kaduna, Nigeria. Where he attended Barua College in Zaria before eventually venturing into the construction industry, a path that has defined his career Choice today. Entrepreneurial Journey
Chief Odusami started his business in 1996, but it became fully operational in 1998. In 2013, he officially registered Rufab Investment Enterprises in Ghana, and since then, it has grown into an award-winning brand, recognized for its excellence in interior decoration and construction.
Initially, Rufab Investment Enterprises focused primarily on Plaster of Paris (POP) installations. However, over time, Chief Odusami expanded his services to include plasterboard, graphite painting, and other construction-related services. Today, the company boasts a staff strength of 32, with 20 employees gaining financial independence through their work and mentorship under him.
While Rufab Investment Enterprises is currently headquartered in Ghana, Chief Odusami has expressed confidence in expanding operations to Nigeria and other parts of Africa in the near future.
