The Women Leader of the Oil Producing Areas Association of Nigeria (OPAAN), Amb. Patience Shelu Afebu, has congratulated Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro on his recent appointment as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Amb. Afebu, on behalf of the Women Wing of OPAAN, acknowledges Dr. Otuaro’s steadfastness, dedication, experience, and commitment to service of mankind, which are evident in all facets of his life.
She expresses confidence that under his leadership, the PAP will continue to make significant strides in promoting peace, reconciliation, and development in the Niger Delta region.
She asserted that OPAAN looks forward to collaborating closely with Dr. Otuaro to address the challenges facing their communities and to ensure that the objectives of the amnesty program are achieved for the benefit of all stakeholders, especially women.
