A group, The Advocacy for Good Governance has congratulated Dr. Sylvester Okonkwo, FCAI, on the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate in Public Administration (DPA) by Tansian University, Umunya, Anambra State.

“His dedication and professionalism in public service naturally led to his appointment as the Executive Director of Corporate Services at the Southeast Development Commission (SEDC), where he continues to drive policies that foster growth, development and economic empowerment.

His investments in human capital development, particularly through his generous scholarship programs, have empowered countless young Nigerians, opening doors of opportunity and shaping the future of our nation.
