Starting November 1st, 2024 the company will be transisting from paper bills to e-bills as customers in Plateau State are expected to receive their monthly energy consumption bills conveniently via SMS.
Some benefits of E-Billing according to the Head, Corporate Communications, Dr Friday Adakole Elijah included but not limited to are time-saving as there will be no more waiting for paper bills, Efficient delivery as bills will be delivered directly to customers mobile phone, Enhanced accuracy of digital records for easy tracking as well as reduction of paper waste amongst others.
This innovative solution will ensures timely and secure bill delivery, empowering customers to manage their energy consumption effortlessly.
This will also end the incessant allegations from some of our customers denying the delivery of their monthly consumed energy to them by our marketers.
