Winifred Elizabeth Okorie, popularly known by her stage name Wini Lizbet, is an award-winning Nigerian Afrobeats artist garnering international acclaim. Hailing from Abia State, Wini Lizbet is currently based in the United Kingdom, where she is pursuing a degree in International Music Management at the University for the Creative Arts, one of London’s most prestigious institutions.
Wini Lizbet has earned numerous accolades for her significant contributions to the Nigerian music industry. Among her many honors, she was named Best Afrobeats Female Artist of the Year by the RBE Awards in 2022, following the release of her acclaimed EP, “SabiGal.” In 2023, she was also awarded Most Promising Artist of the Year by the Nigerian Youth Achievers Award, highlighting her rising influence and talent in the industry globally.
She has also been nominated by the African Icon Awards as Youth Ambassador 2024, an event that will be held in July in Abuja.
Her debut EP, “SabiGal,” released on November 1, 2021, features five captivating tracks: “Sabigal,” “Do Something,” “Nobody,” “Love Story,” and “Good Love.” These tracks are available on various music streaming platforms and have resonated with audiences globally, establishing her as a force to be reckoned with in the Afrobeats genre.
