According to a statement signed by its Head of Corporate Communications, Dr. Friday Adakole Elijah noted that Engr Mohammed who was poised towards winning companies with the capacity for huge consumption of energy met with the management of the company with the view to persuading them to consume energy being distributed by the Jos Electricity Distribution Plc.
Engr Mohammed who was eager to increase the company’s revenue yield, took a comprehensive facility tour of the mill to determine their energy needs and the possibility of giving them an uninterrupted power supply.
He also used the opportunity to discuss the possibility of JED Plc entering into a business partnership relating to the supply of subsidized rice for JED staff.
On the visit with the Managing Director were the Chief Technical officer, Engr Hamisu Jigawa, the Chief Commercial Officer, Dr Abubakar Jimeta, Acting Head of audit, Ibrahim Doggi, and the Chief Security officer, Alhaji Musa Abdullahi.
